Join Zeet HR Consultancy Services as a Junior Telesales Executive based in Mumbai. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in telesales, demonstrating effective communication skills and confidence in making outbound sales calls.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively.
- Must have experience in telesales (Mandatory skill) for initiating, negotiating, and closing sales over the phone.
- Strong skills in cold calling to connect with potential clients and generate new leads.
- Ability to use lead generation techniques to identify opportunities for expanding the client base.
- Familiarity with salesforce automation tools to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
- Understanding of customer retention strategies to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience with digital communication tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings and collaboration.
- Excellent negotiation techniques to effectively handle client objections and close sales deals seamlessly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and close sales for our HR solutions and services.
- Manage and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates on customer interactions.
- Engage in cold calling with potential clients to introduce and promote our recruitment and HR consultancy services.
