• Proven ability to conduct value stream mapping for identifying and eliminating non-value-adding activities.
• Experience in data analytics with the capability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Understanding of change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions in operational processes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to implement incremental changes effectively.
• Skilled in Kaizen facilitation to encourage and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Operation executive (Mandatory skill).
