• Ability to use SketchUp for creating innovative and detailed 3D models to visualize project outcomes and ideas.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Project for managing timelines, resources, and tracking project progress efficiently.
• Strong project management skills to oversee project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial management to maintain project budget controls and optimize resource allocation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance with legal standards.
• Experience in vendor and supplier coordination to ensure timely procurement and sourcing of materials and services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand their design needs and translate them into project plans effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules including estimation of timing and tracking of progress throughout project execution.
• Work closely with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure cohesive execution of design plans.
