Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, junior-level position that will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and strategies. The candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring smooth and effective business operations within Zeet HR Consultancy Services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have proficiency in HR executive functions (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Hands-on experience with employee onboarding processes to facilitate smooth new employee integration.
- Experience with payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely salary distribution and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using HRIS to manage employee data, track performance, and streamline HR processes.
- Skilled in designing and implementing employee engagement strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliant HR practices and avoid potential disputes.
- Familiarity with performance management systems for evaluating employee performance and development goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection of qualified candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding, prepare orientation materials, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Manage payroll systems to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update HRIS to reflect employee records and organizational changes effectively.
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and advise management on legal aspects concerning human resources.
- Support performance management initiatives by facilitating reviews and goal-setting sessions.
- Collaborate with other team members to support general HR activities and projects as required.
