Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance activities for optimal property condition.

Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upkeep tasks efficiently.

Collaborate with contractors and service providers for cost-effective solutions.

Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

Assist in developing and managing the annual facility budget.

Address resident concerns and requests promptly.

Plan and execute community events to enhance resident satisfaction.

Implement and enforce security measures and safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Requirements: 

Graduate 

Experience: 1 to 3 years
