Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer specializing in Residential Projects for a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate should have between 4 and 6 years of relevant work experience, focusing on residential project execution and management. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional adept at handling complex civil engineering tasks within residential developments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in executing residential projects (Mandatory skill) with a focus on compliance, and high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, essential for drafting and designing project specifications and layouts.
• Experience using Revit for digital modeling and to ensure detailed project execution plans.
• Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project efficiency and minimize risks.
• Competency in using Civil 3D for comprehensive design and documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of structural analysis software to ensure all residential designs meet necessary safety standards.
• Ability to provide accurate construction estimations, ensuring budgetary goals are aligned with project designs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of residential project infrastructures.
• Conduct comprehensive site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings) to plan projects.
• Apply knowledge of construction methods to ensure projects are completed within resource and budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations affecting civil engineering works.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop effective project designs and solutions.
• Supervise construction site activities to ensure standards of quality and safety are maintained.
• Manage project deliverables and timelines using effective project management practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress and plans for stakeholders.
