We achieve this in an asset-light way with Curated Stays, Phone-clicked Photos, HD Videos & In-depth Travel Expert Reviews for each Stay. Also, a unique Discovery Algorithm to ease the search for perfect Accommodation. We have over 12k+ registered travellers & 1000+ active Properties.

We believe in creating Long term relationships not just with Travellers but also with people working together believing in Yuyiii’s vision and making it happen!

What you will do:

• Interface with the signed up Travellers, expected tonality to be professional yet friendly
• Upgrading product information in terms of new Destinations and new Stays curated on the platform
• Maintain consistent communication with the Guests and Enquiries through online & offline platforms
• Maintain Daily Reports on Sign-ups, Follow Ups and Bookings.
• Send Emails to reply to signups or confirm Bookings
• Liaison with Properties to check for availability, block or confirm Rooms
• Help in Calculations for Bookings and sending Payment Links
• Maintain Healthy Relationships with Sales Reps of Properties
• Ensure smooth check-in at the Property for the Guests booked from Yuyiii
• Actively Collate feedback from Guests who have stayed at the Property
• Share feedback received from Guests on Yuyiii or Properties with the respective teams

Experience in OTAs or Timeshare companies would be preferred.
