Join our dynamic team at Yuvii Consultancy Private Limited as a Bench Sales Recruiter! We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to effectively fill bench positions and ensure successful placements of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Identification: Actively source and identify qualified IT professionals on bench through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with suitable opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates by consistently engaging with potential hires and keeping track of their availability and preferences.
Placement Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure timely placement of bench consultants in relevant positions.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to provide insights and improve placement strategies.
Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills in interacting with candidates and clients, addressing queries, and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements, and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a bench sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
