Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern to join our team in Delhi. This part-time, remote internship is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on HR experience. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of HR functions, contributing to our mission of enhancing healthcare access and information transparency.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in talent acquisition with the ability to identify and engage top talent for the organization (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies to foster a productive and motivated workforce.
  • Ability to analyze HR data to inform organizational strategies and improve decision-making processes.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms to streamline HR operations and improve data management efficiency.
  • Awareness of diversity and inclusion programs to promote a culture of equality and belonging in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits management to ensure competitive and fair employee compensation packages.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance to maintain legal and ethical HR practices within the organization.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution techniques to address and resolve workplace disputes effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making processes and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HRIS platform administrators for efficient data entry and management.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion by assisting in program development and communication efforts.
  • Help in the calculation and review of compensation and benefits plans to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws through regular audits and updates of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution sessions and provide guidance to employees and management as needed.
