Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will be crucial in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of interior design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and interior design, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project requirements, constraints, and risks.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to procure materials, equipment, and services required for project implementation.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.

Monitor construction activities, inspect work progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and deviations from the plan promptly and effectively.

Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and provide technical guidance to project team members.

Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
