Junior Designer:
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Junior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities
Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in the development of their skills and the execution of design projects.
Conceptualize and Design: Generate innovative design concepts and develop them into polished visual designs across various mediums, including digital and print.
User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, conducting user research and incorporating feedback to improve the usability and effectiveness of designs.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design assets and communication channels.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, integrating them into design processes as appropriate.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with project requirements.
Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders clearly and compellingly, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and communicating project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, typography, and layout.
Expertise in design software such as Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or prototyping tools is a plus.
A passion for design and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity.
Must Have Skills: Should be good at AutoCAD and SketchUP, good at communication skills and presentation skills.
