The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit On video call/ on call or face to face counseling of students for joining the training and convert as many as leads into admission.
• Minimum monthly revenue generation should be achieved per month
• Making follow-up calls, google meet calls, attending office visits
• Maintain Database of your follow up as well as cross checking team member’s database for smooth functioning of work.
• Daily/Monthly/Weekly targets should be achieved.
• Overall responsibility to make sure that maximum student should join training's with us per month.
• Taking feedback from running batch students on daily basis.
- • Responsibility to make sure that maximum student should pay the installments on time to company per month.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
