Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Gold Loan Manager to join our team in Chintamani, Malur, Mulbagal, Palmaner, Anantapur, Hiriyur, and Hoskote. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing gold loan portfolios, evaluating client assets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess a thorough understanding of valuation techniques for gold (Mandatory skill).
- Proven skills in sales and cross-selling to optimize portfolio performance and customer retention (Mandatory skill).

- Proficient in risk assessment to analyze creditworthiness and make informed lending decisions.
- Experience in customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Adept at KYC processes to verify customer identities and prevent fraud.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate gold items for loan security purposes to determine accurate lending values.
- Drive sales and cross-selling of financial products to meet company targets and enhance customer offerings.
- Negotiate loan terms with clients and ensure all agreements comply with internal policies and standards.
- Monitor loan accounts and perform timely reviews to ensure repayment schedules are adhered to.
- Manage client relationships by providing superior customer service and addressing client queries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and internal policies to maintain the integrity of operations.
