We're looking for an enthusiastic to join our bike shop team, ensuring high standards of customer service in the Bike Shop including stocking the store, making sales, assisting customers. 

Key responsibilities: 

1. Customer assistance, interaction, service

2. Bicycle Advise and Sale 

3. maintaining high standards of store provision and appearance, meeting brand guidelines 

4. Act as an approachable source of information for customers wishing to make a purchase of either bike or related goods, including discussing the merits of different products.

5. Maintain a suitable level of industry knowledge. Training shall be provided

6. Monitor shop floor sales trends and popular stock items, Inventory management
