8. Master’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
Responsibilities:
1. Source senior level, Bulk hiring and Technical Recruitment Expertise.
2. Screen and, interview candidates ensure culture fit candidate.
3. Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments Generate new leads and by network of contacts.
4. Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
5. Write and post technical and non-technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
