Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for B2B Sales and Business development in Mumbai.
2. Pitching & Identifying leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with Agents, Developers & Sourcing Managers.
3. Responsible for client conversion, retention of existing clients, and references.
4. Creation of database of Real Estate Developers & Real Estate Agents.
5. Will be responsible for achieving targets in the region.
6. Developing and maintaining the database, Regular Reporting & Follow-ups.
7. Should have Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and use of Internet Key Functional Skills
