Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team at Yani Green Industries, located in Bikaner. This full-time role requires a sales professional with a maximum of 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, expanding our customer base, and contributing to our mission of promoting sustainable, compostable products. The position demands proficiency in sales strategies and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience of up to 6 years, with a focus on driving results and building customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating solutions and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in social media advertising to effectively engage with and expand our customer base.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms to create, execute, and evaluate campaigns for lead generation.
  • Ability to conduct data-driven marketing, utilizing insights for informed decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Knowledge of business development principles, including market identification and approach strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies (Mandatory skill), essential for achieving sales targets and managing client interactions.
  • An adaptive nature with strong problem-solving skills, ready to tackle challenges and provide innovative solutions.
