Key Responsibilities:

· Effectively owning the entire student management life cycle from inquiry to enrolment

· Counselling and advising the clients (students) as per their profile, eligibility, and requirement

· Interact with students, parents & professionals in person or over call to help them with the right test prep courses (English Language Tests and Standardized Tests) and admissions for studies abroad.

· Profile and recommend test prep and admission programs to students as per the defined process

· Regular follow-up with prospective students via emails and phone calls

· Should effectively respond to student queries and address them as per defined TAT by providing accurate information or resolution

· Adhering to sales SOPs and SLAs as per company-defined guidelines all the time

· Should proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to the inquiries

· Self-learning and continuous up gradation of product, and process knowledge and aim at providing flawless CX
