Trainer

Basic criteria for Trainer position:

  1. Location of work - Hyderabad
  2. Full-time employee
  3. Should possess good communication skills
  4. Preferred areas of training in product sales/process/employee development/quality coaching


Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Mentor the new employees for 30 days basis the Academy curriculum and make them ready to hit the sales floor.
  • Train & support the new hires on system navigation and platforms while they are in Academy training.
  • Go on LIVE calls with clients, discuss the reports, and close sales for trainees while they undergo Academy training.
  • Record & provide appropriate feedback to trainees & their managers.
  • Maintain a record of attendance, behavior, and learning skills of trainees.
  • Be up to date on product knowledge and best sales practices.
  • Contribute towards preparing training content (if needed)
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs.
