Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our hospitality services and facilities to potential clients. Your primary goal will be to secure new business and maintain existing relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential customers.
3. Conduct sales presentations and site inspections to showcase our properties and services.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure bookings and maximize revenue.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and market changes.
7. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, detailing sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.
8. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
