We are looking for a Creative Lead to help create visual concepts by communicating ideas that inspire and captivate our clientele participating in various national & International Exhibitions.  You will play an important role in the company with the dedication to create strikingly beautiful designs integrated with Experiential Technologies that enchant the clients.

Job Description:

• Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and set project schedules
• Conceive & develop fresh and practical ideas for booth design.
• Develop communication ideas in sync with the Operations & Designing team to bring the ideas to reality.
• Prepare Presentations & Storyboards for pitching the clients.
• Coming up with out of the box concepts that could add substantial value to the brand.
• Should have the experience of working on briefs given by the client from scratch, coordinating with the Operations and Client Servicing team just to make sure they work in tandem as per the concept/ Idea.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the clients.
• Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout to client.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per requirements.
• Work closely with the design team to take the concept to the next level and aid in its visualization process.
• Develop concepts through multi-sensory engagement
• Create Experiential Design concepts
• Suggesting ideas for technology integration in the exhibition booths
• Suggest immersive & interactive experience to the clients for enhanced user engagement
• Ideation of user engagement
• Drive innovative, inspired thinking and idea-based concept work 
• Work closely with the design team to take the concept to the next level and aid in its visualization process.

Job Specifications:

• Ability to understand the needs associated with a Project and the Target Audience.
• Experience & understanding of various experiential Technologies like AR/VR/Projection Mapping/Touchbase Technologies/Multitaction Table/AR Rotoscopy/LED panels etc and integration of the same in the booth designs
• Interact with clients to ensure clarity in client brief (whenever required)
• Should Be Young Energetic and have ideas that are Out of Box
• Should have a flair of Research and Development in making new concepts and proposals to meet the client Briefs
• Should have the experience of working on briefs given by the client from scratch, coordinating with the Operations and Client Servicing team just to make sure they work in tandem as per the concept/ Idea.
• Capability to develop presentations and to present the concepts and design to clients
• Should have knowledge of making Eco-Friendly & Sustainable designs
• Should have team management skills
• Excellent presentation skills and strong knowledge of making powerful presentations using the latest tools.
• Should possess creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility & motivation.
• Excellent communication skills
