XS Worldwide Exhibits, one of the leading, award-winning trade show booth builders and exhibition stand designers across the globe, addresses the face-to-face marketing challenges of companies exhibiting in Germany, Dubai, USA, UK, Spain, France and other parts of the world. XS Worldwide is into the business of complete high end exhibition booth designing and execution for National and International clients all over the world. We also provide various Immersive Technology solutions like AR & VR for an exciting customer engagement experience on the booth.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development/Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele as per the details below:
- New Business Development(Domestic & International)
- Pitching exhibition booth building and designing services as well as immersive technology solutions to the clients
- Handling key accounts provided by management
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure long term association with them
- Client Management & Servicing for projects which are in progress
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Ensuring client's expectations are met on the site(exhibition)
- Extracting new business from existing clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Internal coordination for proposal/project deliveries
- Focus on project closures & negotiations with clients
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports.
- Researching & understanding new trends in the industry
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in Exhibition industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational & leadership skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Must be open to travel(national & international)
- Experience or understanding of Immersive technology solutions(AR,VR etc) will be an added advantage.
