Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and customize WordPress and Shopify websites according to client specifications and requirements.</li><li>Design and implement theme-based websites using pre-existing templates or custom designs.</li><li>Create custom-coded websites on WordPress and Shopify, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Add and manage website content, including pages, images, and multimedia elements.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure cohesive design and functionality.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website hosting, SSL certificate upgrades, and general hosting errors.</li><li>Optimize website performance for speed, security, and SEO.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in WordPress and Shopify development.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a WordPress and Shopify Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.</li><li>Experience with WordPress theme development and customization.</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify theme development and Liquid programming language.</li><li>Ability to work with popular WordPress and Shopify plugins and extensions.</li><li>Strong understanding of website hosting environments and experience dealing directly with hosting providers.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
