Qualifications	 	 B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M Tech, MCA	 	 Experience as a Liferay lead consultant	 	 5 to 8 years of deep technical experience on technical projects on client sites	 	 Experience with multiple databases, application servers, and various system architecture	 	 Strong experience with full SDLC including business requirements gathering, technical specifications, development, testing and deployment	 	 Strong experience with and understanding of methodologies and best practices in enterprise solution development	 	 Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision	 	 Advanced knowledge of Liferay methodologies and best practices	 	 Ability to think creatively about business requirements and pair them with system features	 	 Advanced solution & system architecture experience	 	 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex business solution concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
