Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring our ERP and WMS software solutions for clients, ensuring smooth integration and optimal functionality. The role requires excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics processes, and proficiency in data uploads and proofing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients in North America to grasp their business needs and goals.
- Customize our ERP and WMS software solutions to align with client requirements.
- Execute data uploads and migrations from legacy systems, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform meticulous data mapping and validation to uphold data integrity and consistency.
- Utilize advanced techniques in Excel, CSV, and text data manipulation and analysis.
- Engage in clear and effective email correspondence with clients and internal teams for updates and feedback.
- Drive customer success by ensuring successful software implementation and adoption.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients throughout the implementation phase.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines and budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP and WMS implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with specific ERP and WMS software platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Manhattan Associates).
- Proven track record in data validation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of uploaded data.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in email communication, virtual meetings, and customer success strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
