Position – IT Recruiter with Client Handling

This is a full time position with an IT technology training firm in Gurgaon. TAI Infotech provides IT trainers and infrastructure support to corporates for training purposes. Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Analyze and understand the training needs and identify suitable resource for the training, Sourcing resource profiles.

·        Coordinate between trainer and client to set the expectations and schedule the technical discussions

·        Coordinate and interact with the client on sourced profiles and seek next steps and closure

·        Get closure from trainers for availability to conduct training as per client requirement.

·        Coordinate with internal IT team/client to setup the lab for training program

·        End to End Coordination and Delivery of Training including Pre and Post Training activities

Required Skills:

·        Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player

·        Exposure to IT trainings is a benefit.

·        Mature to talk to clients and trainers.

·        Should be comfortable using social media platforms, LinkedIn, Naukri and other portals.
