Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular or React to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position that requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development to contribute effectively to our digital solutions. You will be working at the intersection of innovative technology and business excellence, collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver transformative outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java with an excellent understanding of its ecosystems and best practices in a full-stack development scenario.
• In-depth experience with either Angular or React, leveraging your skills to build dynamic, responsive web applications.
• Thorough understanding of the Spring framework to develop robust, high-performance applications and services.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless integration and communication between systems.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform database design and optimization to support application development.
• Proficient in using GIT for version control to effectively manage and collaborate on codebases.
• Solid grasp of AGILE methodologies, with experience in working within iterative development cycles to deliver products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design technology solutions that meet these needs.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using Java, Angular/React, and related technologies.
• Integrate application components by developing RESTful services and ensuring seamless interoperability with other systems.
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to team practices that improve the quality and maintainability of our codebase.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure that they meet current and future technology needs.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and sharing industry best practices to foster professional growth within the team.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the industry, suggesting new tools and methods for continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in all phases of the agile development process, contributing to planning, design, testing, and deployment.
