Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for driving new business growth through strategic lead generation efforts. This position demands exceptional communication skills, analytical acumen, and problem-solving prowess. The Lead Generation Specialist operates with autonomy, excels in task prioritization, and consistently meets ambitious weekly and monthly targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role requires a dynamic individual with a proven record of exceeding lead generation objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Lead Identification: Leverage a range of channels, including market research, social media, and online platforms, to actively seek out potential leads.

Lead Qualification: Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email campaigns, and other communication methods, ensuring each lead meets predefined qualification criteria.

Lead Database Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects, optimizing it for future reference and targeted marketing efforts.

Collaborative Strategy Development: Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to formulate and execute effective lead generation strategies.

Result-Driven Task Management: Maintain a disciplined approach by managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proven Lead Generation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in lead generation and sales with a strong track record of consistently meeting or surpassing targets.

Proficient in Lead Generation Tools: Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools and software to enhance efficiency.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Digital Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and familiarity with various social media platforms.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to analyze data effectively and translate insights into data-driven lead generation strategies.

 

Performance Metrics:

Weekly and Monthly Targets: Consistently meet or exceed set weekly and monthly lead generation targets, contributing to the company's growth and revenue goals.
