Xemplar is a US-based software and solutions company that specializes in customer engagement and risk management software using AI/ML, GPT, Mobile, Web and Cloud technologies for the businesses and institutions that employ vehicles and drivers to conduct their business operations.
Xemplar is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to sell “Xemplar Drive” software to potential clients, who employ vehicles and drivers to conduct their business operations. He / She will generate new business opportunities with potential clients from twin cities who maintain at least 3 drivers and more for conducting their business activities and then expand from there.
He / She will cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact till the closure of the deal and continue to support the customers with his / her service proficiency. We would look up to him / her as someone who will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
 
Job Roles and Responsibilities:

 <li>Identify the target potential customers, including</li>
 <ul>
 <li>Schools, Colleges that offer transportation service to their students,</li>
 <li>Delivery Services that ship merchandise from point to point.,</li>
 <li>Taxi services that transport customers,</li>
 <li>Call centers and IT companies that operate shuttles in the city to transport employees and</li>
 <li>Courier, Package delivery services</li>
 </ul>
 <li>Learn Xemplar Drive software features with deep detail to be able to understand how it works and what value it delivers to these target organizations.</li>
 <li>Understand the pricing and billing processes to be able to explain to prospective buyers</li>
 <li>Prepare lists of companies that fit the target definition and groom them for correct contacts.</li>
 <li>Setup appointments with larger organizations</li>
 <li>Travel to locations and present the software and its benefits to target companies</li>
 <li>Setup up free trials for interested companies using the onboarding form.</li>
 <li>Provide initial level-1 support to the customer until they get comfortable with the software, especially for onboarding drivers and vehicles, and general FAQs</li>
 <li>Work with product team when needed for level-2 support on any technical issues</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's degree is minimum with Computer Science or a related field.</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in English and fluency in speaking local languages such as Telugu and Hindi.</li>
 <li>Strong sales outlook with the ability to speak intelligently, convincingly, and handle rejections with patience and temperament.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in PowerPoint Presentation and MS Excel, including analyzing spreadsheets and creating charts.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.</li>
 <li>Should have a personal vehicle and mobile which can be used for the job. (a company SIM card will be provided).</li>
 <li>Commitment to achieving sales targets and a serious attitude towards the job.</li>
 <li>Ability to start the day at the office unless previously approved to go directly from home to client location.</li>
 <li>Ability to work independently.</li>
