Designation: Key Account Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

• Build & nurture strong long-term strategic relationships with the existing customers.
• Account mining within existing customer base.
• Provide strategic planning and support to the key customers in growing their business.
• Demonstrate excellent business analytics to the stakeholders.

Must have:

• Deep understanding of Indian staffing industry.
• Outstanding track record of service delivery to the customers.
• Experience servicing System Integrators/Implementation Partners in Indian market.
• Strong sales/business development acumen.
• Strong analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience into Indian staffing/recruitment industry.
• MBA/PGDM with Marketing specialization.

Location: Bengaluru

• Shift timings: 10 AM till 7 PM IST
