Job description

Xcelero is hiring for a Fresher IT Recruiter urgently.

IT Recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

  1. Ability to handle Video Interviews
  2. Expert in using databases.
  3. Excellent in taking Video interviews.
  4. Excellent communication (Verbal / Written ) skills.
  5. Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms.
  6. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
  7. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  8. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
  9. Salary up to 3 LPA.
  10. A full-time offer can be given based on performance.
