Xcelero is hiring for a Fresher IT Recruiter urgently.

IT Recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

1. Freshers
2. Ability to handle Video Interviews
3. Expert in using databases.
4. Excellent in taking Video interviews.
5. Excellent communication (Verbal / Written ) skills.
6. Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms.
7. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
8. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
9. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
10. Salary up to 3 LPA.
11. A full-time offer can be given based on performance.
