Qualified Recruiter should be able to recruit matching candidates & retain them for our direct clients. Highly motivated individuals who enjoy talking over phone & helping consultants in finding their right career will succeed in this role.
a. Perform end-2-end US IT Recruitment activities not limited to understanding the client requirement, analyze the required skill set, job posting on various job boards, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, negotiation and submission to the client account manager.
b. Must have in-depth understanding of technology requirements of each position and ability to qualify candidates as per requirement.
c. Conduct various technical tests, verify the documents (degree, work authorization etc.)
d. Coordinate with the account team and other team members for setting up the interview process with the client and finally candidate onboarding process.
e. Establish with 3rd party vendors for sourcing candidates (C2C)
f. Build and maintain a network/pipeline of candidates for future opportunities and referrals
g. Ability to utilize various job boards and social media platforms to post jobs and source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably with technical background (Computer Science, IT etc.)
- M.B.A with UG technical qualification will have an added advantage
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal/written).
- Candidates with English medium school background preferred
- Must be PASSIONATE ABOUT THIS JOB ROLE
