<p>We are looking for an experienced Lead Accounting Advisor to join our team at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.xactauditing.ae/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">xactauditing.ae</a>. You will play a key role in our firm by leading and managing a sizable team of 50-100 accountants.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department</li><li>Coordinate and supervise the work of the accounting team</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants</li><li>Deliver advisory services to startups and similar businesses</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial reports</li><li>Communicate and present financial information effectively to clients and stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA certification is preferred</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role in an accounting firm or startup environment</li><li>Experience managing a large team of accountants</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li></ul><p><br></p>
