Job Overview

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our dynamic team at our Tiruppur location. This is a fresher position aimed at those with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on supporting the implementation of our cutting-edge ZLD projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply their technical skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and EPC to contribute to real-world environmental solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required to ensure a solid technical foundation for the role.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is necessary for drafting and designing project plans accurately and efficiently.
• Prior experience with SolidWorks is essential to model and simulate designs for project applications.
• Basic understanding of Project Planning is essential for managing timelines and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering to assist in the design and production processes involved in our projects.
• Competence in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes to contribute meaningfully to project development.
• Strong analytical skills are required for project estimation and evaluating cost-effectiveness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers in designing and implementing ZLD projects to meet industry standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to draft project plans and produce accurate engineering designs.
• Participate in project planning and estimation to support efficient resource management.
• Assist in procurement processes by coordinating with vendors and suppliers to source necessary materials.
• Work closely with EPC teams to ensure that engineering solutions are integrated into the broader project framework.
• Conduct analytical assessments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project outcomes.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to creating a sustainable environment by applying engineering solutions to real-world challenges.
