Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Civil Draughtsman to join our team in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and design. The role involves working with cutting-edge technology to support our team's efforts in delivering efficient wastewater treatment solutions. Applicants should be proficient in using industry-standard software and show strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed design plans and drafting documents is essential for this role.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, enabling the creation of complex models and construction documentation.
• Competency in SketchUp to visualize projects in 3D for better understanding and client presentation.
• Strong knowledge in Civil 3D to assist in civil engineering projects, especially regarding land development and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Surveying Equipment Operation to correctly interpret and apply survey data to designs.
• Understanding of Construction Project Management processes to coordinate successfully with different teams for project completion.
• Experience using Structural Analysis Software to align designs with project demands and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information both within the team and to external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare engineering designs using AutoCAD and related software to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Perform site surveys and collect necessary data to support project planning and execution.
• Work closely with senior engineers to translate concepts and requirements into technical drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, maps, and other relevant documentations for project advancement.
• Regularly update project documentation with the latest design changes and improvements.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide technical insights and gather project feedback.
