Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution with strong academic credentials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required and must be demonstrated through previous project work or hands-on assessments during selection.
• Up to 6 years of hands-on civil design engineering experience, preferably in infrastructure or water treatment projects.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and relevant Indian and international codes or standards.
• Ability to interpret and develop site layouts, detailed design drawings, and construction documents accurately for execution teams.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle in the industrial, wastewater, or environmental sector, including client and contractor coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, cross-functional meetings, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil design layouts, general arrangement, and detailed drawings for ZLD and wastewater treatment projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD to deliver accurate plans, cross-sections, and civil infrastructure details for both greenfield and retrofitting works.
• Collaborate with process, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure design compliance and integration with all project disciplines.
• Coordinate with project management, site, and construction teams to resolve technical queries and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to company standards, client specifications, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Support site teams with construction documentation, material estimates, and design clarifications throughout execution phases.
• Participate in design reviews, site visits, and technical discussions to support successful project delivery and quality control.
• Maintain clear records of design changes, document management, and version control to ensure effective project tracking.
