Project Manager - (Civil Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in Residential

Projects)

Responsibilities:

1.

Determine and define project scope and objectives.

2.

Should be able to predict the project resources to reach objectives and manage

resources in an effective and efficient manner.

3.

Track project costs in order to meet budget.

4.

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

5.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about

strategy and progress.

6.

Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected

deliverables.

7.

Monitor day to day progress and replan work schedule as needed.

8.

Monitor project progress and identify areas of improvement.

9.

Monitor and supervise the work for timely completion.

Requirements & Skills:

1.

BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech - Civil

2.

Previous residential project management experience of 5 - 7 years or more.

3.

Strong people handling skills.

4.

Excellent analytical skills.

5.

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

6.

Ability to solve problems creatively.

7.

Ability to read and understand Auto-Cad drawings and layouts.

8.

Should be able to complete the project according to the outlined scope, budget

and timeline.
