Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare for Meeting via Structured research about target clients in IT/ITES, Testing domain.
2. Strong technical knowledge on Testing services
3. Having an effective sales call
4. Understanding the customer requirements by gathering the information as per the standard industry requirement to validate the lead
5. Generate requirements from the client and check his qualification status5.
6. Gather information related to right POC, decision maker, RFP, RFI, current vendors, and service level gaps.
7. Schedule a meeting with the client and proposing the solutions and possibilities by giving POC or presentation
8. Should make a follow up call in a way to attract clients
9. If customers are not responding, try to understand their concern with phone or message or mail and record those responses in CRM
10. Try to convince them by proving appropriate solutions and offerings
11. Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
12. Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the event
Required Candidate profile:
1. Minimum 1 to Year of Inside Sales / Business Development experience
2. Preferably of selling experience in IT industry
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable with CRM, Power Point decks, online research, LinkedIn and various other lead generation platforms.
Note: Work from Office is Mandatory
