Job Title: Product Manager

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience

Location: Surat

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or similar role for 3+ years
• Technical background with knowledge of software/WordPress development and/or testing of API-based products
• Educational background in Computer Sciences or similar relevant field
• Knowledge of the event industry domain is a bonus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good organizational skills and time management skills
• Sense of problem/solution space
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Attention to details
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

• Take lead of scrum team as the Product Owner
• Work closely with Tech Lead and Founder to research and identify areas of improvements and new feature development
• Provide vision and direction to the agile development team throughout the product life cycle and create requirements
• Define product roadmap and growth opportunities
• Analyze and lead the planning and prioritization of feature requests of end-users into a product roadmap with tech leader
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria (wireframes, flowcharts) and perform testing
• Work closely with our Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to initiatives, business value and/or ROI
• Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and new trends
• Research and analyze the market, the users and follow our competitors and industry trends
