• Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT Software International Market.
• Lead Generation in preferably in software development company in outsourcing business.
• Responsible for Bidding, various Sales tools & online platform such as Upwork & LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target segments in international markets.
• Generate qualified leads through various channels: email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, Bidding Platform& web research.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via email and phone to present company services.
• Hands on experience in working for B2B/B2C market.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.

• Qualification: Any IT graduate/ MBA.
• Excellent skills in English writing, presentation & oral communication.
