• Understanding & analyzing the need of Business units & working on job descriptions.
• Hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounts, T&D and other business functions.
• Creating requisitions & posting job ads on job portals.
• Sourcing & Screening
• Receiving applications, screening through, sorting out profiles based on prerequisites & skill sets.
• Processing the qualified candidates, preparing them for the Interview Process
