We are looking for a skilled hardware and networking engineer with experience as a system administrator in a stock broking company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of our client's computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software systems and networks.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Manage and maintain servers, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.

• Ensure the security and integrity of the network and data.

• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.

• Provide technical support to end-users and train staff on system use.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve network performance and security.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in hardware and networking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience as a hardware and networking engineer, with specific experience as a system administrator in a stock broking company.

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.

• Hands-on experience with server hardware, virtualization, and storage.

• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
