We are Looking for skilled and experienced recruiters to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our clients in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews with job candidates and assessing their qualifications and skills.
• Building and maintaining a candidate database through various sources such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and providing feedback.
• Negotiating job offers and salary packages with candidates.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs and requirements.
• Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR consultancy as a recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
