Sapphire Technologies is currently seeking to appoint an Application Engineer for pre-sales and post-sales activities.

We represent the most prominent brands in the Testing and Measuring segment, like Fluke, Honeywell, and Kyoritsu, in the marketplace. We have an extended range of business offerings to address varied kinds of customer requirements. 

This is a Field Role. The position will be based in BBangalorehandling the Karnataka Market, including but not limited to the mentioned geographies. 

• • Organising & Making product demonstrations

• Supporting the Sales team in Seminar/Roadshow activities 

• Updating the daily activities in the CRM

• Giving product training Post-sales

• resolving customer Service problems

• Must be a self-starter and an individual contributor

• Graduate/Diploma/Engineer degree and 0 - 2 years of experience  

• Strong oral and written communication skills 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

• Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRMs

• Excellent approach to regular reporting and communication with the reporting manager
