You will work in a fast paced agile environment delivering a high-quality product with a focus on continuous innovation. This includes activities such as:<ul><li>Contributing to all phases of the Development lifecycle</li><li>Developing and deploying new features while maintaining existing features by following SDLC Agile best practices and industry standards</li><li>Building and maintaining SQL and NoSQL databases</li><li>Documenting all your work and collaborating well with other developers, QA, engineering and different business units</li><li>Working with cross functional global teams to architect solutions, create estimations, minimize complexity and deliver a world class platform</li></ul>THE QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field</li><li>5+ years of full-stack development experience; preferably with exposure to desktop and mobile application development</li><li>Expertise in front-end languages and libraries like HTML/CSS.</li><li>Significant working knowledge of PHP (preferably Laravel framework), and other back-end languages like Node/Python, with additional proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React</li><li>Proficiency in database platforms (MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL), web server tools (Apache), and UI/UX design&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to create and consume custom SOAP and REST APIs</li><li>Knowledge of implementation or administration of a CRM such as Salesforce is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of at least one enterprise CMS</li><li>Strong AWS and Linux skills</li><li>Experience with Microservices is a plus</li><li>Experience in developing systems with high reliability and scalability</li><li>Strong documentation and communication skills</li></ul>A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfortable working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites!In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
