We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Academic Counsellor to join our institute. The candidate will be responsible for converting the leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. He/She should be able to close the sales and meet the targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Developing an effective understanding of our products and services.

•Promoting our competitive advantage in the educational and professional industry

•Taking prospects from the initial contact phase to the qualified phase.

•Presenting needs for the course.

•Generating revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to enrollment.

•Meeting monthly targets.

Skills Required:

•Experience in field of “digital marketing “

Good Communication Skill (English/Hindi)

Experience as telesales representative for educational packages or business development associate

•Good knowledge of computer

•Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing)

•1-2 years of similar experience.

•Customer focus with the good convincing ability and confident personality

•Good negotiation pitching skills required

•Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up

•Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mindset
