We are expanding our business development team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our IT project acquisition efforts.

 

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving the growth of IT projects. This role involves a mix of sales, relationship management, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new IT project opportunities in various sectors, such as cloud services, software development, data security, and more.
  • Proposal Development: Work with technical teams to develop customized project proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and project delivery.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets. Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution, ensuring that all client requirements are met within scope and deadlines.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company’s services.
