🔧 Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Automation Leader to head automation projects across our key verticals – Coil Springs, Disc Springs, and Fasteners. This high-impact role focuses on driving automation for enhanced efficiency, quality improvements, and reduced manpower dependency. You'll lead new automation developments and retrofit existing machinery using cutting-edge technologies.

🔑 Key Skills & Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Design & execution of SPMs and automated production lines
• PLC, HMI programming & system integration (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley)
• Electrical & mechanical design with safety compliance
• Experience in robotics, vision systems, pick-and-place units, and miniature components
• Retrofit existing machinery with smart automation
• Knowledge of SCADA, IoT, Industry 4.0 is a big plus

Leadership & Management

• Lead cross-functional automation projects from concept to commissioning
• Strong in vendor development, negotiation, and project costing
• Excellent in communication, commercial awareness, and team leadership
• Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi preferred

Additional Technical Proficiencies

• SCADA, HMI, PLC programming
• Pneumatics, hydraulics, servo systems
• Industrial networking, automation sensors
• Domain experience in fasteners or miniature automation is preferred

📊 Project Ownership

• Create and manage project budgets and ROI analysis
• Drive design, prototyping, testing, and implementation
• Conduct feasibility studies, process audits
• Track KPIs: cycle time, uptime, manpower savings, and quality metrics
• Ensure all projects meet compliance and safety standards

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Robotics
• Experience: 10–20 years in automation and machine development
• Age: Below 45 years
• Strong technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities
