Franchisee On boarding and Relationship Management:

• Develop and implement a streamlined process for onboarding new franchisees.

• Ensure effective communication and relationship management with franchisees to address their

needs and concerns.

• Onboard 10 franchisees per month within Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune.

2. Store Expansion and Market Penetration:

• Develop a strategic plan to expand the network of paint franchisee outlets within

Chennai

• Meet or exceed set targets for store expansion and market penetration in the region.

3. Sales and Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and

customer acquisition.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth in the assigned region.

4. Reporting:

• Establish a reporting system to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing,

and store operations.

• Generate regular reports and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for

improvement.

• Provide insightful recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business performance

and decision-making.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing

professionals.

• Provide training, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and

capabilities.
